Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform for illegal purposes, harass other users, impersonate any person or entity, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

Limitation of Liability

Harmonia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. This includes damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall Harmonia's total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Platform during the twelve months preceding the claim.
